Philips | DreamWear Full Face Mask

Before the DreamWear Full-face mask, full-face CPAP mask users were restricted to using bulky, uncomfortable plastic masks, with heavy hoses hanging off the front of the face. DeamWear is a modular platform of streamlined, low-profile masks offering game-changing comfort and unbeatable usability. Taking the design from initial sketch, all the way through to production, Ryan utilized rapid prototyping, several design iterations, customer interviews, and studied the anatomies of the head and sleep environment to drive the ergonomics of the mask. The results of this are a design that flows with the underlying geometry of the face, contours the cheekbones, compliments the jawline, and cradles below the nose. For our end users this means an experience that looks more natural, fits more snugly, avoids all pressure points on the head, and allows them to have the restorative night's sleep they deserve.
